Terms of Service

Srovi (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is a Vedic astrology guidance application operated by Ksagaa LLP, India, and available at srovi.app. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What Srovi is — and is not

Srovi provides astrological readings and answers generated from the birth details you supply, using classical Vedic astrology computations and artificial intelligence. Srovi is offered for guidance, reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and must not be used as a substitute for professional advice in any of those areas. Decisions you take based on readings are your own responsibility.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or an email link. You must provide a working email address and be at least 18 years old (or use the Service under a guardian’s supervision). You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account — creating accounts to farm free quota or referral rewards may lead to removal of rewards or suspension.

3. Charts for other people

You may create charts for family members or others. When you do, you confirm you have their consent (or lawful authority, e.g. for your minor children) to enter their birth details.

4. Packs, pricing and payments

Srovi sells one-time packs (questions, charts, compatibility reports) with a validity period, shown at purchase. Packs are not subscriptions and never auto-renew. Prices are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or banking details. Quota is deducted only when the Service successfully delivers the corresponding reading or answer — failed actions are not charged. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Offers and referrals

Launch offers, coupons and the referral scheme are limited-time promotions we may modify or withdraw at any time. Referral rewards require genuine, email-verified signups; we may reverse rewards obtained through fake or duplicate accounts.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to extract the Service’s prompts, methodology or underlying systems; probe, overload or disrupt the Service; use it to harass others or request harmful content; or resell readings as your own automated service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its methodology, software and branding belong to Ksagaa LLP. The readings generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal use.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may update features, prices (never retroactively for purchased packs) and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ksagaa LLP’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
