Srovi is operated by Ksagaa LLP, India. This is what we collect and the promises we make about it.
Your account: your email address and, with Google sign-in, your name and profile photo. Birth details: the names, birth dates, times and places you enter — for yourself or others. We treat these as sensitive. Your readings: the questions you ask, the answers you receive, and your pack purchases.
Your data is private. Birth details and readings are used for one purpose only: computing your chart and answering your questions. We never sell or share it. No advertisers, no data brokers, no third parties beyond the services strictly needed to run Srovi, each bound to use your data only for that. AI does not train on your data. The AI that writes your readings is not trained on your charts, questions or answers. No ads. Srovi is paid for by packs, not by your attention.
Payments are handled by a certified payment gateway. Your card or UPI details never reach Srovi; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
To make consultations feel personal, Srovi may remember key facts from your earlier questions about your own and family charts and use them in later answers. This memory stays inside your account and is deleted with it.
We send sign-in codes, purchase receipts and service notices by email. Phone notifications are sent only if you turn them on, and can be turned off in your device settings at any time.
Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and every chart, reading and memory in it, email support@srovi.app from your registered address. Deletion completes within 30 days; payment records are retained only as Indian law requires.
Your data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to your own account. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects you, we will tell you.
Material changes to this policy are announced in the app before they take effect.
